The Digital Pacemaker Story
In 2022, we started Digital Pacemaker with a simple idea: Technology should never feel like a burden. It should move people and organisations forward — with clarity, purpose, and pace.
As senior technology executives and transformation leaders, we had spent years and decades inside large enterprises. We had seen the same patterns over and over again: Digital & IT initiatives that lacked strategic direction, organisations that struggled to adapt, and leadership teams overwhelmed by complexity.
We wanted to change that.
That is why we initially have created the Digital Pacemaker Podcast to explore with pioneers and thought leaders how the Digital and IT function can become a value driver and unique selling point instead of being seen as a cost driver.
In 2024, we decided to found the Digital Pacemaker DPC GmbH to bring our experience, lessons learnt and ideas to any other company:
A platform to empower leaders in tech, digital, and IT to lead with clarity and impact.
